Course title: Introduction to Microbiological Sampling & Testing - Bespoke for Hospitals & Care Settings Summary: Microbiological sampling and testing is a useful took to verify your HACCP system is effective and can form an essential part of a Food Safety Management System to help reduce risk. This session aims to introduce the benefits of sampling and testing, how to create a sampling plan, the different types of sampling and how to interpret the results. Suitable for: Perhaps you are considering introducing microbiological sampling as part of your food safety system? Or maybe you already undertake some testing but would like to increase your understanding? If so this course is perfect for you, whether you are a catering, production, quality manager, nominated food safety specialists or have any other role with an involvement with micro sampling. Suitable for those with no or limited previous experience of microbiological sampling. Cancellations To cancel your place, please provide atleast 30 days notice for a full refund, and 2 weeks notice for 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks notice are not eligible for refund. Rescheduling Should you wish to reschedule your booking, please provide as much notice as possible. Reschedule requests made with less than 2 weeks notice may be subject to an administration fee of up to 25% of the course fee. Inspectrum Food Safety reserve the right to reschedule course dates or make cancellations for example due to unforeseen circumstances such as tutor illness or insufficient bookings. In such circumstances as much notice shall be provided as possible and the candidate will be offered a choice to reschedule or receive a refund.
