Managers & supervisors refresh

Summary: Ideal for those who already have food safety level 3 or 4, and are looking to update and refresh, perhaps as the qualification was taken a few years ago. Not only will this session provide a reminder on important aspects of food safety and recent legislation/guidance changes, it is contextualised to food safety in hospital and care homes.

Outcome: Learners will feel confident that their knowledge is current, and can employ their learning to make sure organisational practices and systems are up to date.
