Our Team

Our exceptional, national team is led by our Founder, Fiona Sinclair. Having previous worked in environmental health and as director of a national food safety consultancy, Fiona has developed specialist expertise in food safety in healthcare:

  • 20+ years experience delivering food safety consultancy, audits and training for hospitals and care homes, in both public and private sectors.
     

  • Led Food Standards Agency projects on reducing the risk of Listeriosis in healthcare and SFBB for residential homes.
     

  • Member of NHS England food safety group.
     

  • Progressed food safety management and certification within healthcare supply chains across the UK.

  • Collaborative working to progress food safety in healthcare across the UK.
