Course title: Food Safety Management Refresher Summary: This training session provides a useful update and refresh for those who already previously have food safety management level training, whether that is the level 4 or advanced. The course is tailored for healthcare settings, and comprises a mixture of presentations, breakout activities, discussion and Q&A’s. The session is designed to support managers with continual improvement within their healthcare settings. Suitable for: This course is perfect for anyone working in a role where they have an input with food safety management - such as catering managers, food safety leads, head chefs and more... Content: The course content will touch on the topics you will have learned about during your previous food safety management training, taking the following approach: - What’s changed over the last 5 years - Current news and hot topics - What’s on the horizon Duration: 9.30am-12pm via Teams Quiz & Certificate: Following the session you will receive a short quiz, and upon successful completion shall be sent an e-certificate. Cost: The fee is £99+VAT per person - this includes course, e-slide decks and certificate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations To cancel your place, please provide atleast 30 days notice for a full refund, and 2 weeks notice for 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks notice are not eligible for refund. Rescheduling Should you wish to reschedule your booking, please provide as much notice as possible. Reschedule requests made with less than 2 weeks notice may be subject to an administration fee of up to 25% of the course fee. Inspectrum Food Safety reserve the right to reschedule course dates or make cancellations for example due to unforeseen circumstances such as tutor illness or insufficient bookings. In such circumstances as much notice shall be provided as possible and the candidate will be offered a choice to reschedule or receive a refund.
